100 percent quality control
We assign our 14 QC technicians to conduct 100 percent inspections. Our QC department is composed of IQC, PQC, FQC, Statistic Analyst and Experiment Technicians. They are responsible for incoming material and component inspection, process quality control, final product quality control, customer feedback handling and supplier data analyzing. QC is carried out at every stage of production, including random check, pre- and post-packing checks, and pre-delivery check. As a result, we maintain the defect rate lower than one percent.
Volume production
We own a factory, and cooperate with four factories. With YAMAHA SMT machines and four production lines, we roll out up to 3, 000 units every month. 70 percent of them are sold to the EU, the US and Southeast Asia. Your orders can be delivered in just seven days.
