Xinyuan is one of the main suppliers of transformer insulation pressboard, insulation component and cable paper in China. Annual production capacities are 6300*3200mm high voltage insulation boards 8, 500T, 2000*1000mm pre-compressed board 1500T, AC&DC lead exit 600 sets, various kinds of machined components 2000T, 0.08~0.17mm cable paper 1500t. At present, Xinyuan has 440 employees and 56 of which are middle or high level R&D staff. Technical and management teams have more than 30 years professional experiences in the research and manufacture of transformer insulation materials.
Xinyuan covers an area of 152000 m2, floor area of the plant is 56000 m2, the plant meets the environmental requirement on production of high voltage insulation material. All production equipment and testing machine are from internationally well-known suppliers and main raw material electrical grade unbleached sulphate insulation pulp is purchased from famous suppliers in North America and Europe, which are the guarantee of quality reliability and consistency. The company gives good performance of providing products and services for world famous transformer manufacturers. A great number of products have been provided for TBEA, Baoding Tianwei, Xi'an xidian, Shangdong Power and other famous transformer manufacturers. These products are used for AC 500~1000kV and ± 200~800kV power transmission equipments, which have long term reliable operation for main power transmission line in China and Asia-Pacific.
