Founded in 2002, Shenzhen Just Star Industrial Co., Limited specializes in R&D and production of stamping molds, stamping parts, machining parts, die casting parts and small batch processing for plastics.
Just Star has been focusing on the reserch and development of products and improving their quality. And now factory is a large-scale hardware manufacturer due to constant hard work and support from our customers, the factory now owns 12 sets of punching machines; 10 sets of CNC machining center; 5 sets of heading machines; 3sets of automatic thread rolling machines; 6 sets of automatic lathes and molding equipments like dotters and lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, drilling machines, and tapping machines; 3 sets of die-casting machines from 280T to 1250T. Owning more than 50 employees including more than 30 engineers.
Stamping parts with a thickness of 0.1mm to 6mm can be produced, their precision can reach ± 0.01mm, the precision of machining parts can also reach ± 0.01mm, and the precision of Zinc and Al alloy die castings can reach ± 0.05mm. The maximum dimensions of processed plastics is 1800× 650× 600mm.
All parts Just Star produced are RoHS compliant. Moreover, our company performs quality control following ISO9000: 2000 requirement with modern inspection equipments, including coordinate measuring machine, profile projector, image measuring instrument, salt spray tester, surface roughness tester, hardness tester, and coating thickness tester etc.
