Anhui Wanwei Group Co., Ltd, is a large enterprise under the direct control of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Anhui Provincial Government, It's known as Anhui Vinylon Plant before and was founded in 1969, it's the main project in " Four Five" time.
