Shandong Tongli Wheel Co., Ltd. is specialized in the production of wheels for middle and heavy-duty truck and engineering machine wheel. We have 10 producing lines, which involve 2 lines of non-tire inner tube, 6 lines of punching press and 5 lines of electrophoresis smearing, with the productive capacity of 300, 000, 000 sets. At present, we have 68 engineering project personnel, adopting CAD and SOLIDWORK as the subsidiary design. We hold the ability to accept OEM/ODM orders. Because of these, we become the corollary factory of North Automobile Forland, Wuzheng Group, The First Automobile, and other 26 important automobile factories.
We are the member unit of the Wheel Committee of China Automobile Industry Institute. The enterprise has been certificated by ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 9000, ISO/TS 16949: 2002, as well as the certification of China Automobile Product Certification Committee.
