Our Raw Material and Production Facilities
As the owner of one of the best Tungsten Mine in China, we have the resources to fill volume orders.
Our production equipment comes from the US and Japan. This includes 14 tube reduction and mid-frequency carboniaztion furances that control the grain size of W and WC powder. We also use cold isostatic presses and Sinter-HIP equipment to make precise high-density products. 9 Makino Seiki CNC machines insure our EndMill, Drill and Reamer to the excellent.
Our QC Process
As ISO 9001: 2000-certified company, our 65 QC staff inspect your order during and production, and again before delivery. This process ensures ensures our products carry a 98 percent qualification rate.
