Our R&D team consists of 80 engineers and technicians, including many master' S degree holders and PhDs who studied abroad. Successful ODM projects include a 3D sound effects processor that doubles as a mobile phone charger, developed for Motorola. Lead times average one month from design to finished sample. And we launch 20 to 40 new products every month.
