Our company produces HF serial ceramic welding backing, from its R&D to manufacture. This product has been authorized and is widely used in manufacturing industries such as shipbuilding, bridges, boilers, pressure vessels, steel structure works, and auto parts.
This product can largely increase work efficiency, improve welding quality, and reduce labor cost. HF serial is stickup ceramic welding backing. It uses multiple kinds of ceramic raw materials (Alumina>30%) in a certain proportion for compression molding and is finally completed through firing in 35 meters' long high temperature pusher kiln. It makes our product uneasy to be deformed with high refractoriness and high mechanical strength.
The phosphorus and sulpher contents of this product confirm to international general standard. It is suitable for single-side butt-welding in parallel, longitudinal and horizontal directions, also known as single-side welding for double-side formation. Using of this product can make the weld joint firm and solid with excellent toughness and stable mechanical property. The weld on the back is flat and firm with good appearance
