We're a manufacturer of peach skin (plain, twill), suede (weft, warp), polyester pongee, T/C, N/C, C/N, satin, taslon, cotton, washed velvet and taffeta fabrics. Established in 1992, we are dedicated to serving the textile industry as a reliable and innovative supplier of chemical fabric. Accordingly, we employ roughly 300 skilled employees responsible for guaranteeing our strict product integrity and focusing on exceeding our customer expectations. As such, we ensure the highest level of customer service.
Moreover, with a total investment of USD8,500,000, we are equipped with 40 sets of Toyota air-jet looms from Japan, 2 sets of Toyota warp sizing ranges and 72 sets of Yongchun water-jet looms from Taiwan. Consequently, we have the capacity to output approximately 40,000 meters of fabric per day.
However, we have recently expanded our production facility adding 2 sets of Barmag draw-texturing ranges from Germany, 1 Toyota warp sizing range from Japan and 18 sets of air-jet looms from Belgium. Therefore, our production facility now covers nearly 28,000 square meters.
Appropriately, in order to expand our offerings overseas, we have setup several sales offices for this very purpose. Thus, we have positioned our global distribution program to focus on such international markets as the USA, Japan, Germany, France, Korea, Australia and Brazil.
As a result of our commitment, we have gained the strength and ability to face many fabric-manufacturing challenges and maintain our competitive position within the Chinese domestic market. Additionally, we collaborate with many scientific research institutes in order to develop fabric based on specific customer requirements and changing market demands.
