Now our company mainly produce the EN877 and ASTM A888 standard, also stainless steel couplings, we also produce the cast iron parts, like cookware, counter weight and other ductile parts, we now have centrifugal casting line, DISA casting line and manual sand foundry.
We cooperated with the manufacturers who have passed ISO9000 certificate and with rich production experience, . Now, we undertake castings business is mainly based on traditional hand foundry, horizontal Jolt Molding Machine, DISA casting line, centrifugal casting and others production process of casting. Now the production of Pipes, fittings and stainless steel couplings are completely meet the standards of GB12772 (W1 type), ISO6594, ISO2531, DIN19522/EN877, ASTM A888, CSA B70 and etc, now mainly coated with the antirust paint, epoxy paint, electrostatic powder coating. Our productions are free from porosity and slag, smooth surface and even wall thickness, high strength. Pipes and fittings are exported to Germany, USA, Austria, France, Italy, Russia, Vietnam and other countries, elevator counterweight and alloy castings parts and cookware are exported to Japan, Korea and India, won the praise of domestic and international customers.
