Chongqing Sichuan Instrument Engineering Technology Co. Ltd. (SICEC) is the full invested corporation of Chongqing Sichuan Instrument Co. Ltd. (SIC) which belongs to China Silian Instrument Group Co. Ltd. (SIC Group). SICEC basing upon the products of SIC and SIC Group as its supply source represents SIC to contract projects and system integration with the combination of technology and trade for design, R&D, installation, commissioning, training and technical service. Its engineering projects covers the sectors of power station, nuclear energy, metallurgy, oil, chemical, light industry, building material, military industry, municipal, environmental protection and city light rails.

SICEC has engaged in the engineering projects for 40 years with the reference of over 1000 projects, which contributes greatly to the construction of the equipment building of the nation and enjoys very high reputation domestically. It provides technical solutions and DCS, process control instrument integration for the projects like 600MW unit thermo power plant, 1000MW unit nuclear power plant, 400KT/D water supply, 600KT/D sewage water treatment, 4350M3 blast furnace, 5000KT oil refinery, 600KT ethylene, 750KT synthetic ammonia, 2000T/D float-style glass, 10KT/D dry-type cement, 5000T/D sugar and Platform Safety Door of light rail. SICEC is capable of turnkey project in the sector of water supply and sewage water treatment.

SICEC has a large group of engineers in charge of engineering design, technical solution, project management, site installation, after-sales-service. There have been 306 staff in SICEC and 82percent belonging to technology while 18percent to management. The staff with senior or middle-level titles takes 52percentout of all the employees. SICEC has been authorized ISO9001: 2000, but right now ISO14001: 2004 under processing. It possesses the qualification for engineering contract and system integration and import & export availability with the bank credit class AAA.
