The company strives for progress and breakthrough in technology, equipment, management, etc., and engages in the adhesive products of printing IT industry, name plate needed for electronic products and protective film etc..
To ensure the quality and level of our product, we purchase raw material from overseas outstanding suppliers, meanwhile, most of our products are approved by UL. Our main customers are the world's top 100 electronic and computer manufacturers and contract manufacturers, such as IBM, HP, DELL, SONY, and LENOVO and so on. Either directly or indirectly serves our customers, we strive to meet and exceed our customers’ expected quality requirements.
At present, SHEN ZHEN JENG SHENG PRINTING CO., LTD. has a plant area of over 5,000 square meters, more than 30 high speed label printing machines (including 10 high speed label printing machines and one advanced semi rotary press),
5 mesh roll printing machines, 12 screen printing equipments etc.. In terms of information management, our company adopts ERP computer system to control orders, production schedule, quality assurance, and delivery, so as to ensure high quality of the products and to meet customer’s delivery time. Besides, our company has a purification workshop, equipped with advanced measuring and monitoring equipments, such as multi-light color controller lamp, spectrometer, projector, adhesion tester, bar code and scan level detector, constant temperature test box etc., which are all used to improve the quality of our products and the customer’s satisfaction.
The company conscientiously implements the ISO9001 quality assurance system. We first passed the ISO9001 system certification in December, 1998, in the meantime, we took aim at developing our company into green enterprise and implementing environmental management system, and in December, 2002 we passed ISO14001 certification.
