Our company, Sichuan Cuntian Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd (CMMC) is hold by Sichuan Chuankai Industrial Development Corporation (CCK). Specialized in manufacturing of professional heavy auxilary equipment, with indepent entities and import-export rights.

CMMC located at the industrial development park of Huayang town, Chengdu. Conveniently situated next to Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, and only 10 kilometers away from Chengdu Railway Station. We have workshop area over 22, 000 square meters (32T crane), with a staff number over 400 (40 percent are secondary technical school & college graduates and 12.5 percent are intermediate& senior technicians). Since the intensive communication with some universities and institute, such as South-West Jiaotong University, China Nuclear-power Designing Institute, Deyang professional Engineering Technical Institute, we have strong capabilities on researching and manufacturing. CMMC has already established a stable & permanent cooperation with some first class enterprises in the world. For example, GE Energy, Donaldson GTS, British AAF Energy, AREVEA Nuclear-power, and Germany NPS. We have already achieved ISO9001: 2000 quality management qualification, ASME Welding qualification, U. S AWS Welding verifying, France RCC-M Welding verifying. Mr. Gong xueyu, General Manager of CMMC has achieved supplier Black-Belt qualification through GE company 6 Sigma trained. CMMC consists of structurel workshop, machinging workshop, seven functional offices and inspection equipment calibration lab, physical& chemical center, welding experiment lab, and NDT lab.

Steel structure workshop: Specialized in manufacturing of inlet & outlet system of Gas Turbing System, supporting frames for reactor in-core instrumentation at nuclear power plant, FGD & SCR Dampers, jacks for maintenance of public transportation etc. CMMC possesses kinds of world-advanced equipment, such as flexible laser cutting production line, CNC shearing machine, CNC bending machine & CNC transfer press imported respectively from Japan, Switzerland, Nertherland and Germany. Also, CMMC possesses sorts of special equipment for steel-stuctures and sheet-metal fabrication, such as automated electrostatic powder spraying production line, various welders, automatic plasma cutter, automated double-orbit SAW machine for H-profile, assemblage machine, dressing machine, sand blasting house, automatic rail-mounted abrator and painting room. CMMC has the capacity to manufacture ten thousand tons steel structure and sheet metal per year ( including stainless steel & aluminum etc). CMMC hs produced for the first time in China air intake system products on solar gate gas turbine generating sets for Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, suppourting frames for recators in-core instrumentation at Qinshan & Ling Ao nuclear power plants, SCR Dampers for Gangzhou Hengyun & Shanxi Yangcheng power plants, and jacks for public transportation companies in Chengdu, Chongqing, Zhejiang & Hebei etc. The quality & delivery of above said products are favorably recognized by many customers, supervisors & contractors.

Machining workshop: Specialized in manufacturing of all-type gears, industrial reducer, auto synchrotron assembly and various machinery parts. There are more than one hundred sets of advanced equipment specially for machinery & gearing processing, such as Machining center, automatic lathe, profile-modeling milling machine, grinding machine, boring machine, huge vertical lathe, double housing planer etc. CMMC has established long-term cooperationg with foreign trade companies on export & processing of aluminium gears to supply ancillaries for all-type gears & reducer assembly and to process middle-sized and large machinery parts. Also, CMMMC has built up long-term & stable cooperation with domestic famous food package machinery manufacturing factory, tunnel equipment factory subordinate to railway minstry & big electrical machinery factory.
