A. We have more than ten years experience as a manufacture in lighting business for project. We are group company with two factories, one is for assembly, another one is die-casting factory.
Q2: What do you specialize in
A: LED outdoor and indoor light, for example: LED Underground light. LED Underwater light LED Spot light. LED tunnel light. LED street lamp. LED Mining light. LED wall washer light. LED Track light...etc.
Q3: What's kind of certificates do you have?
A: Our products pass the testing as you require, CE, RoHS etc
Q4: How many years guarantee for your lamps?
A: Guarantee for 2 years. We have more than 10 years experience in lighting business, and quality is stable
Q5: How to deal with faulty?
A: Although we have strict QC department to control the quality, but there is
0.2% defective rate. If it is in the guarantee period, we will replace it, don't worry
If there is a mass defective, we will repair and send back them to you, or choose other ways through friendly negotiation.
