Changsha Saneway Electronic Materials Co., Ltd, established in 2000, original factory address based in Central South Univercity, has been moved to the industrial complex in Jinzhou New District, Ningxiang, Hunan in May, production & research, sale& service of W/Cu, Mo/Cu, Cu/Mo/Cu, Cu/Mo70Cu/Cu high-performance electronic packaging materials. With the advanced materials preparation techniques, comprehensive testing device, modernized scientific management system and the strong technology devepopment strength supported by Central South University, won the leadship in the domestic area of electronic packaging materials and the technical results reach international advanced level. We mainly sponsored by the Small & Medium Enterprise innovation Fund and awarded National Key New Products.
