Now the group is made up of two business departments: 1. Battery business department, namely Shenzhen Ryder Electronics Co., Ltd, established in year 2005, mainly engaging in the research, production of rechargeable batteries, battery packs, battery protective PCM and related supporting products. 2. Electronics business department, namely Shenzhen Joint Edges Technology Co., Ltd, set up in 2009, and committed to the design, research, manufacture of battery management systems, battery protective PCM, charger and other related electronic products for rechargeable batteries. At the beginning of year 2012, the Ryder Group covers over ten thousand square meters for production.
