At present, the factory has developed to become a professional manufacturer in R&D, manufacturing, marketing and service in the hardware industry worldwide.
The factory produce kinds of various Non-standard Fasteners, the main products include: Heterotype Screws, Heterotype Nuts, Heterotype Bolts, Heterotype Tapping Screws, Rivets, Washers and Spring Washers, micro Plug-pins, Plug-feet and Core Axles etc. They are widely applied to cars, machinery, electronics, electric appliances, machine tools, furniture, sanitary appliances, and sports equipment etc.
In order to increase production efficiency and improve the product precision, the factory brought in lots of advanced automated and semi-automated production equipment. Currently the factory has over 30 sets of multi-station cold heading machines, 20 sets of automated screw lathes, 10 units of punching machines, 5 units of milling machines, and more than 1000 pieces of hardware molds. Additionally, the factory has not less than 10 sets of precise optical testing equipment to check automatically the all products.
