Guangxi Machinery Import & Export Corporation (GMIEC) was set up in 1981. It is a member of China National Machinery Import & Export (Group) Corporation and is specialized in importing and exporting of machinery and equipment, electronic goods, meters and instrument etc.

GMIEC insists on the practice of combination of industry and trade. Relationship of economic cooperation with manufacturers in and out of region of Guangxi has been established and an effective network of sales and after-sales service has been duly formed. GMIEC has been exporting its goods such as: machine tools, press and shear, rolling bearings, hand tool, electric generators and power machinery and equipment, agricultural machinery and equipment, traffic tools, vessel and marine equipment, rubber and plastic molding machine and equipment constructional building machine and equipment, metal surgical machinery, general purpose machinery, instrument, electronic components, electric appliance, forged parts, miscellaneous chemical machinery and equipmentand. the complete set of machinery and equipment such as: sugar making processing line, starch processing line, cement processing line, fruit juice processing line and other chemical and light industry processing lines to the world-wide market. Meanwhile GMIEC takes an active part in the trade with Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries. It has set up overseas business offices in Hong Kong, Vietnam and the south pacific area. It also has extensive and fine relationship with foreign companies and manufacturers after many years cooperation.

Since 1992 GMIEC has established wide and nice trade relationship with Vietnam partners and have exported of complete sets of sugar processing line, beer-processing line, starch processing line, cement processing line, fruit juice processing line and earned high reputation. Especially GMIEC has kept tight cooperation of producing and trading with Guangxi Liuzhou Geological Prospecting Equipment Plant and has successfully processed and exported complete set of mineral machine and equipment and cement processing lines to Africa, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Vietnam market. In 2001, the company designed and produced a complete set of cement processing line of 100, 000 tons and exported it to Phu Tho province, Vietnam. Meanwhile we are on negotiation for other specifications of cement processing lines with other importers.

GMIEC has personnel majoring in foreign trading, foreign language translation, technology and engineering, who have acquaintance with national economic law and regulations and the international trading rules. It is able to assure the fluent and successful cooperation with our customers.

GMIEC has extended its business scope for other commodities in order to meet the needs of the changeable markets. It can supply and provide light industrial products, native products and animal by-products, foodstuffs, chemical, medicine and clinical instruments.
