Foshan Sunmore Inorganic Material Co., Ltd (the subsidiary: Guangdong Sunmore New Material Co., Ltd) is one of China's larger refractory cordierite-mullite products manufacturers and produce all kinds of kiln furnitures.
Sunmore covers an area of 100, 000 square meters and boasts advanced equipments. It has two 100-meter long automatically controlled, small-section high-temperature natural gas tunnel kilns, two 18-cubic meters and a 9-cubic meters high-temperature shuttle kilns, two 90-meter roller kilns and one 168-meter 1450c high roller kilns. Sunmore have 20 friction presses with a variety of tonnages, three hydraulic machines and other production facilities most advanced in China, laying a solid foundation for its production. Furthermore, Sunmore has established long-term technical cooperation relations with Wuhan University of Science and Technology, which provides a strong technical support for the development of new products.
Now, Sunmore boasts an annual production capacity of 10, 000 tons and its products are available not only throughout China but also many other places of the world. Sunmore products have achieved excellent using effect and economic benefits in the firing of materials used in food barbecue, daily ceramics, sanitary ceramic, building ceramics, electronic ceramics and soft and hard magnetic materials.
The subsidiary Guangdong Sunmore New Material Co., Ltd is only producing sagger products, including cordierite-mullite sagger, mullite-corundum sagger, zirconinm oxide coating sagger for lithium battery material, magnetic matreial, electronic component, pigment, Rare-earth power ect. There are good performance of asid and alkali corrosion resistance.
