We are a dynamic company based in plastic products who specialise in producing OEM &ODM large plastic injection mouldings. We are looking to expand our business and want to work with people all over the world to find new markets. And our main line and concentration is for OEM product design and manufacturing.
We already manufacturing a range of large diameter pipeline fittings together with associated special products for such industries as fish farming and other marine applications in the range of 32mm - 800mm, with a wall thickness of up to 30mm and a weight of up to 40kg and other large injection part. We can inject the parts weight from 40g-40kgs. We currently have the big machine of 2800 Tons which can inject the parts weight to 40 kg and we are continuing to enlarge our business and increase our machines and plan to purchase another big machine of 4000 Tons which can inject the weight to 60kgs...Material of construction is usually either polyethylene or polypropylene but other materials can be moulded.
In addition we have co operation with local tool makers and can offer a full service of having the tool made and then produce the parts. We have our own R&D and QC department to control the quality.
