IRYD has existed on the Polish market since 1993. The Company specializes in the production of both metal & wood based products it has undergone many changes over the years, constant investment in new plant & machinery has expanded the scope of its activities.
At the beginning of our company's business activity we imported smelting goods from the former countries of the Soviet Union and sold them on our domestic market.
The next step in the company's development was to start the production of metal and wooden containers, particularly for the needs of the German automotive industry. Presently we are undertaking a number of major contracts outside of Poland & our growth has largely been as result of our export activity. We now produce a range of metal roll containers, handling equipment, gardenpanels, doors & office/accomodation furniture using Pressed Board & MFC/Laminate faced chipboard. The majority of these products are to satisfy our Western European Client base, with some also intended for the North American market.
We are now in the process of expanding our British market activity & have recently set up an IRYD UK operation to develop this market. We offer our clients a number of options on the finish of our production, Powder coat & paint spraying, hot DIP zinc galvanising, with optional electro zinc plating. Our new state of the art hot DIP galvanising plant has further enhanced our capacity & improved leadtimes to our clients. Investment in technology & modern machinery allows us to increase our capacity as and when the need arises to meet peaks of demand at very short notice. Quality factory management, staff training & production scheduling have further improved our service levels, whilst our quality control teams ensure the finished product ready to be shipped meets our clients exacting quality requirements. The carefull selection of our suppliers & subcontractors who have come to understand our needs, has added to our overall ability to meet our clients needs. IRYD employs over 300 staff in Production/administative & managerial postions, each brings their own individual commitment to our business objectives. The total surface area of our warehouse and plant totals 10 000 square meters.
The high quality of our production & our ability to carry out our clients instructions accurately & in detail has made us a highly regarded & valued trading partner.
