Huizhou Faucon Sports Equipment Co., Ltd. Has very strong roots within the bicycle industry. Established in 2007, the company founders have about 20 years' experience of modern composite technology and its application to component design and manufacture.
Faucon has continued to develop its design and manufacturing technologies and maintains its position at the forefront of international bicycle rim and frame production. With our production facilities covering an area of over 15, 000 square meters, Faucon has the capability to produce 30, 000 carbon bicycle rims and 20, 000 frames per annum for road bike, mountain bike and time trial bike applications.
Faucon has always paid particular care to product quality and hence rider safety. To ensure that all Faucon's rims meet or exceed EN14781 standards, quality is designed into every stage of the production process. This is seen through our extensive and comprehensive quality assurance programme.
Faucon's Rim Analysis Lab is equipped with the latest high-tech equipment, allowing us to test carbon rims to some of the highest standards in the industry. Our rims undergo extensive impact and fatigue tests, following both the international homologation protocol and our internal quality assurance protocols. Faucon uses the information from the extensive test programme to feedback into the design process to ensure that every Faucon rim provides every professional rider with enhanced performance. It is through Faucon's knowledge and understanding of materials, design, production and quality assurance that has ensured that all carbon rims are backed by a 1 year warranty.
