Our company, Zhangjiagang Dadong Metal Product Co., Ltd., was founded in 7 years ago, young, growing fast, and full of activities. Our main products are metal display products, like rack, shelf, POP, case, cabinet, and so on. Most of our clients are from US and Europe, because of the good quality and competitive price, we gained more and more trust from world leading companies. For example, we have produced racks for Woolrich, Specialized, IKEA in the past 6 month. They all have had a long term cooperation with us, and we act as a main or only provider of some project of them.
The main capacity of our group is on tube and steel sheet bending, punching, welding, polishing and powder coating. Over 300, 000 feet workshop with 5 tube bending machines, 3 metal sheet bending machines, 2 metal sheet cutting machines, 5 tube cutting machines, 1 CNC water cutting machines, 20 punching machines, 15 point welding machines for net products, 20 gas protect welding machines, and 2 automatic powder coating lines provided 10 million US$ produce capacity annually.
We also have strong ability of organization, not only metal parts, we can provide a total solution of complicated display systems including plastic parts, wood parts, alumna parts, acrylic parts and 4 color printed graphic panels. By the help of our technical team with over 10 engineers, we can also do some design work for the client. Sometimes our client provide only conception to us, and we did the detail structure design for them.
