Yangquan Jintu Refractory Materials CO. Ltd locates in Dawa county, Xi'nanyu, Yangquan surburbs, Shanxi province, China, which is the largest bauxite ore reserves in Yangquan, and high quality bauxite ore among China. Now we could have proven reserves of as much as 10, 000, 000 tons, and annual mining quantity is 300, 000 tons. The quality of raw material is steady and has abundant content, Al2O3 is from 45% to 75%.
Our company was established in June 2001. Covers 74, 000 square meters, construction area 20, 000 square meters, with registered capital 56, 910, 000 yuan, total capital 90, 000, 000 yuan. The employees is 150 and more than 10 technical professionals.
In recent years, our company totally investment is 68, 000, 000 yuan, increment transformer of 1750KW, and invest the most advanced automatic hydraulic press equipment of 1250T. We produces series of high quality homogenized synthetic refractory materials, calcining by natural gas, which improve the product added-value, makes us become the largest synthetic refractory materials basement in North China. We own 13 natural gas kilns, among which, 7 kilns is for calcined bauxite and homogenized materials, annual output is 80, 000 tons, the other two is for light weight refractory materials, annual output is 20, 000 tons. About the processing equiments, there are 2 vertical impact crushers, 2 Barmac crushers, 7 Raymond mills and 1 set of light weight products processor, processing capacity is over 100, 000 tons.
Our products have been saled and well received all over China, and also Europe countries, USA, Canda, South America, Korea, Japan, South-east Asia and MID-east.
