Hunan Liling High Voltage Porcelain Insulator Factory was established in 1960. It covers an area of 46, 000 square meters, of which 26, 000 square meters are for the buildings. Now there are more than 500 workers in our company with fixed assets of over 40, 000, 000 RMB. Our company can produce more than 7, 000 tons of high tension electro-porcelain whose value is more than 80, 000, 000 RMB.
Our company has abundant technology. There are 5 senior engineers and 38 specialized techanicans. And most of the workers have worked in the porcelain insulator works for many years, so all of them are experienced. We have perfect physical and chemical analysis of raw material and we have set up a perfect technological control system and quality assurance system. Our company has been awarded ISO9001 Certification by CNAB and has the right to do import and export business. After the technology reform in recent years, we have owned crucial equipment for electro-porcelain producing and testing, such as 500, 800mm horizontal vacuum mixing machine, computer control copying machine, Computer control double copying machine, drawer kiln of liquefied gas, Ultrasonic flaw detector, Hydraulic omnipotence test machine and 300KV high voltage test equipment, and the quality of products becomes better.
