Veken Group can be traced back to "Hefeng Yarn Mill" with more than one hundred years' history. In May 1998, after the enterprise reorganization based on"industry integration, assets centralization, operation unification", Ningbo Veken Group Co., Ltd has been set up. In May 2002, the reformation of MBO in property right system and work system completed. In May 2004, in order to achieve system innovation, the company changed her name to Veken Holding Group Co., Ltd.
Veken is ranked in China top 500 enterprises, China top 100 exporting enterprises. The company has owns China top brand of "Veken Hometextile"and also key supported exportion brands "Veken"and "Dunhuang" by China.
The predecessor of Veken Group is Ningbo textile (share-holding) group Corp. which held tens of state-owned textile enterprises. The origin of Veken dated back to "Hefeng yarn factory" which was one of the earliest firms with a history of more than one hundred years and was nicknamed "three and a half chimneys " in the industy of Ningbo.
