CCI Power Supplies designs and manufactures switching power supplies ranging from 10 to 6000 watts with AC and DC inputs. Our products are used by original equipment manufacturers in a variety of industries such as industrial control, telecommunications, medical equipment, server computers, lighting control, air line airline entertainment and digital projection.
We have a variety of standard products available and the ability to tailor a power supply to your specific needs if a standard unit doesn't quite fit.
Our products are manufactured in our Pardeeville, Wisconsin plant or Zhu Hai, China. We have 55, 000 square feet of manufacturing space and use state-of-the-art surface mount assembly, wave solder and reflow solder equipment, and computer controlled test equipment. We have complete transformer and inductor design and manufacturing capability in-house.
CCI Power Supplies, has a complete, in-house, safety testing facility, approved by UL, CSA, and TUV, which expedites product design safety approvals by UL, CSA and TUV for the U. S., Canadian and European markets. With ready access to our compliance engineers, formal safety checks are a part of the design process.
To further ensure quality and safety, CCI has an Electro-Magnetic Intereference EMI testing facility capabilities that includes a state-of-the-art screen room, spectrum analyzer and control computer which measurements s of emissions to FCC, VDE and CISPR standards. This allows products to be designed with low EMI emissions.
Our quality systems embrace the philosophy of W. Edwards Demming, the father of the Japanese Quality Standards, and ISO 9000. By using statistical process control techniques, Pareto pareto charts, root cause analysis and zero defect sampling, improvements are implemented regularly. Performance testing of vendors' parts provides information to qualify vendors for "ship to stock" status. Both vendors and internal departments are audited regularly.
