It is mainly engaged in design and manufacture of injection molds for plastic products, especially with rich experience in those for use in home electrical appliance, OA equipment, automobile parts, decorative parts and articles of everyday use.

Golden-rays Mold & Plastic Ware Factory was founded in 1985 with construction area of 4, 300 square meters. It is mainly engaged in design and manufacture of injection molds for plastic products, especially with rich experience in those for use in home electrical appliance, OA equipment, automobile parts, decorative parts and articles of everyday use.
It is equipped with LAN consist of 15 computers used for product development and systems of computer aided design, engineering and manufacturing. Processing equipments include 3 large and medium-size numerical control processing centers, 5 Electron Discharge Machining equipment, 1 Horizontal Mold-testing Machine, 2 ordinary milling machines, 2 grinding machines, 4 Radial Drilling Machine, 1 lathes and 2 injection machines.
There are now 60 employees in the company, including 10 professional technicians, 7 managers, 40 production personnel and 3 other ones. The factory is situated at Ningbo Ninghai Xinxing Open Park, an advanced mold industry base in China, with excellent environment. Domestic and international mold materials and standard parts are fully supplied in the Park and its surrounding areas. There are also technique processing units with strong technical capacity such as material heat treatment.
It established complete quality control system to carry out whole staff management and execute the international current quality control methods and has passed the certification of ISO9001: 2000. With yearly production capacity of 100 sets of large and medium-size injection molds, it has done business with China Sichuan Changhong Electric Co., Ltd., Shanghai Chengtai Fine Mould Industry Co., Ltd. of Taisyou Seiki Kougyo Co., Ltd., Shanghai Seb Electric Appliances Co., Ltd., China Aviationg Industrial Instrument Factory and Ningbo Shentong Auto Decorations Co., Ltd. for many years.
