With both advanced glass processing equipment and technology from China and the world, Jingmei Glass produces a complete range of energy-saving products, such as single-silvering Low-E glass; Double-silvering Low-E glass; Tempered and coated Low-E glass; Offsite tempered & coated Low-E glass; Solar reflective coated glass; Flat tempered, bent tempered, laminated, bulletproof and Low-E energy-saving hollow glass; Dotted glass curtain wall; And sandstone-the major raw material for glass.
The glass processing equipment of Jingmei Glass are all provided by famous manufactures at home and abroad. Now, our company owns six toughening furnaces (including four forced convection toughening furnace suited to tempered & coated Low-E glass in particular), three bulletproof laminating lines, one Low-E coating line, two solar reflective coating lines, eight automatic Low-E coating and insulating lines (for bending aluminium bar, removing edged film and sealing), four Italy automatic cutting machines. In addition, our company has support equipment and detecting instruments, which are necessary for glass processing. Our company implements a production control by adopting integrated automation technology, which enables us to meet the demand of different customers to the largest extent.
Sandstone is the main raw material for glass. Adopting the most advanced core technology, Jingmei Glass has the daily output of high-quality sandstone 1, 800 tons, which can provide for two float glass factories at one time.
