Jinyuan is a non-governmental technological enterprise and engaged in forging industry. The main products and services include open free forgings, die forges, heat treatment, rough and finish machining with a wide range of carbon steel, alloy steel, bearing steel, stainless steel and other specialised steel.
Jinyuan is located at No. 868, Pingling Western Road, Liyang City, with an area of 32, 800 square meters, where the forging workshop, machining workshop, Sawing workshop, heat treatment workshop and steel rolling branch are established. A new plant with 48, 000 square meters are now developing for the machining and heat treatement workshops.
Jinyuan has 260 staff members with strong technical forces, including 3 senior engineers and 6 general engineers, 37 forging and machining professionals. There are 16 specialised equipment, 19 forging equipment (including one 8-ton and one 1-ton electric hydraulic hammers, and one 1600-ton swaging set), 67 lathes, 7 heat treatment equipment and 5 inspection equipment (including one ultrasonic testing machine ) and the chemical analyzing equipment.
Jinyuan has passed ISO9001: 2000 in September, 2002. The current capacity of forging producing is 30, 000 tons annually. Both national and internatioanl marekets are targeted.
Jinyuan has been appraised as the "Observing the Contract and Keeping Promise Enterprise" by Changzhou People's Government. It was appraised as "AAA Credit" and "Twenty Top Non-governmental Enterprise in Liyang" in 1998, and "Quality Management Up to Standard Enterprise" by the National Agricultural Ministry, "Excellent Supplier" by Liuzhou Liugong Xiaozhuang Company, "Bank Creditable Enterprise" by the Bank Association and "Sincere Tax-payer" by the Municipal National Tax Bureau in 2003, and "Jiangsu Quality Creditable Enterprise" in 2004.
