We also have different types of CNC center, more than 30 sets of CNC, boring, planning, milling grinding machining tool equipments. We use Germany spectrometer, infrared flaw exploration, metalloscope, mechanic nature test machine, water and oil pressure test machine, some other equipments and instruments for test. We have one automatic polishing line 10T/h, one automatic plastic soak line 4T/h, middle frequency electric furnace 1.5T/h, 4 groups, middle frequency electric furnace 0.75T/h, 2 groups. We control the sand analysis and quality of liquid iron in the lines or between the lines.
