Hangzhou Fudan Time-control Si-tech Co., Ltd. Approve by relative into which the former Hangzhou Timer General Factory was reformed, was established in May 1987. With the continuous enlargement of relay production, it was capitally rearranged in July 2001 resulting in two shareholders, namely the Shanghai Fudan Science Park Co., Ltd.
