Seaflyer was founded in August 1998 with 20 Million HKD's investment. After over 15 years continuous efforts, Seaflyer developed into a professional Plastic Injection Mould-maker and Parts Manufacturer.
With 700 employees and factory coverage 30, 000 square meters, we can provide one-stop service combine with product design, Plastic Injection mold making, Molding, Second Processing and Assembling.
Plastic Injection mold-making: With two mould shops, one is for big size molds while the other is for small-middle precision mold.
In the big size mold shop, we have 40 Designers & CNC Programming Engineers and 200 mould-makers. Equipped with high speed CNC, wire cutting, EDM machines from Germany or Japan, as well as large CNC& Fitting Machine bought in 2010, we make moulds and parts for industries include Automobile, Household, Electrical, Medical, Aviation, Telecommunication etc. And we are good at making BMC molds, MUD molds and large-sized molds, while the largest one can be 2m× 1.8m and 18 tons.
In our precision mold Shop, we make molds for mobile phones, medical, electric tools, appliance and electronic consuming products.
Second Processing and Assembling: We can offer services as painting, silk printing, hot stamping, plating and assembling etc.
