Senbiz factory, with 800 staffs, its monthly output can reach 1, 000, 000 units both in wireless and wired products contribution to the well-established management system and long-run investments on the R&D instruments and production facilities. Senbiz has 30 sets of injection molding machines for the production of the plastics and 5 sets of vertical injection machines for the making of the moulds in house, not to mention the automatic machines for the painting, the facilities for the laser engraving or silk print on the products and lead-free stove for the wave welding and etc. In addition to that, we have 16 cycles of production lines for assembly of the finished products and 10 cycles of production lines for the assembly of the keycaps. Senbiz is ISO 9000: 2000 certified since 2006 and has been imposing the strict implement based on the system so as to improve the product quality at all. Meanwhile Senbiz introduced the complete system of RoHS to meet requests of customers from EU and the specified customers with the relevant requests in 2006.
