Founded in 1998, FINGERTECH is a privately owned company based in Shanghai, and is one of the leading fingerprint biometric companies in China. SFT, whose well-facilitated production plant and skilled staff reinforce its commitment to product quality as well as customer satisfaction.

FINGERTECH's HQ lies in the area of research and development -Zhangjiang High-Tech Park to meet the increasing demand for fingerprint biometric applications around the world, integrates the latest fingerprint recognition algorithm into a range of products that will enhance the level of security.
The company targets to market its fingerprint products for residential, commercial and industrial security applications, as well as for schools and government buildings and military installations.

FINGERTECH promotes its various products under its own brand BIOCA. The company also accommodates private labels and provides OEM/ODM services. Currently the bulk or 85 percent of FINGERTECH'S total sales revenues come from the promotion of its house brand, while only 15 percent is generated from its OEM/ODM business.
As an export-oriented company, FINGERTECH allocates 65 percent of its production for overseas markets. In 2006, export revenue accounted for $390, 000 of the total sales of $650, 000.

For 2007, the company projects its overseas shipments to generate $500, 000 in revenue, while total sales is expected to climb to $800, 000
Majority of FINGERTECH'S product shipments are dispatched to countries in Asia and North America, with each region accounting for 41 percent of exports. The company's other export destinations are countries in Middle East with 13 percent share of shipments, and those in West Europe with 10 percent.

In order to enhance its overseas presence, the company expected to establish branch office in the United States in 2007, and to improve its networking distributors up to 20 different countries.

To stay in touch with clients and get to know potential clients, the company also attends major national and international trade exhibitions and security product shows.
