Nantong Xuanfei Textile Co., Ltd. Established in May. 2005 with mainly products continuous filament threads. We are located in high-tech zone haian county jiangsu province, China. It has only 2.5hours by car to Shanghai PVG airport.
In the past years we developed by OEM orders and grew fastly due to stable excellent quality and timely delviery time. After that we bought new machines "Two for One" with our partners especially to meet the top quality requirements. These machines make the twisting level more uniform and stable than traditional ring spinning machines; Besides, it effectively reduces the existence of knots due to high requestment of material.
At current we have 5 sets of ring spinning twisting machines and 12 sets of "Two for One" twisting machines, 8sets of dyeable cone winding machines and 8sets of king spool winding machines with approximate 200tons output per month from old and new factories. Excepting the advanced machines, the most important is our skilled and stable workers team, nearly all of them have more than 15 years experiences in thread twisting and winding field. Besides, we have one QC team to check quality every hour every day to gurantee quality is strictly the same as contracts.
