Fansun Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. is the first shipbuilding subsidiary of Fansun shipyard Group Co., Ltd. located in the shipbuilding station of Yueqing city, Zhejiang province, next to the ten-thousand-ton-level international port of Wenzhou city, covers an area of 436, 000m2 with a long wharf line.

Fansun Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. is the first shipbuilding subsidiary of Fansun shipyard Group Co., Ltd. located in the shipbuilding station of Yueqing city, Zhejiang province, next to the ten-thousand-ton-level international port of Wenzhou city, covers an area of 436, 000m2 with a long wharf line.
The Company focuses on building international standard ships less than 50, 000DWT classed CCS, BV, ABS, GL, DNV, LR, etc, such as oil tankers, chemical tankers, container ships, multi-purpose ships, bulk carriers, and so on.
The Company is equipped with production machines and equipments, such as gantry cranes, flat trucks, flame and plasma cutters, edge planers, pipe benders, welding machines, etc. Presently, the Company has 1000 staff and workers and will be more than 1500 employees in 2010, among whom there are 20 engineers, 5 senior engineers. At present the fabrication is mainly outsourced to subcontractors and gradulally taken over by our own employees. The main management is introduced from the first class Chinese Shipyrds.
The Company is designed and built in line with the modern integrated shipbuilding mode of hull, outfitting and painting, in the consideration of the following:
Overall planning and optimization;
Application of grouping technology;
Semi-finished products oriented;
Organization of production by areas;
Orderly arrangement of hull, outfitting and painting in terms of space and process;
Maximized pre-outfitting in the production process;
Adoption of high-efficient and continuous general block shipbuilding method;
Shortened shipbuilding period;
Adoption of advanced logistics technology with minimized stocking and reduced cost;
Integrity of design, manufacturing and management of marine products.
