In 1996 Shenzhen TopCom Electric Heating Co., Ltd. was founded by Mr. Li as a wholly local Chinese owned company. The company is specialised in the development and manufacturing of high quality electrical heating elements and temperature control systems for the local Chinese market.
In the course of time the quality of our products reaches such a high standard that our products are used not only in the local Chinese market, but gradually they are accepted by exporting customers to install them into their equipment and facilities designated for more demanding international markets.
In 2003 Dr. Simao Wong, the current president, invested in this company, enlarged the production capacity, and pushed the company in the international sales oriented direction. The company was changed into a German-Chinese Joint Venture.
In early 2005, all remaining Chinese shares of the company were taken over by the German shareholder Dr. Simao Wong. On Feb. 1st, 2005 a new company license for the Wholly German Owned Company was obtained from the Shenzhen Chamber for Industry and Commerce. The new company name is now TC Thermo Competence Co., Ltd.
