1992 Renamed as Shandong Dongsheng Food Co., Ltd. - Sino-Hongkong Joint Venture
1993 Built Frozen Plant, which was reformed as Shandong Dongsheng Eastsun Foods in 2005
2000 Formed Sino-Japanese Joint Venture - Dongsheng Field Food Co., Ltd
2001 Established Sales and Marketing Office in California
2006 Shandong Dongsheng Food Co., Ltd was renamed as Shandong Sanxing Food Co., Ltd. - Sino-Canada Joint Venture
