Shandong Chongsheng Metallurgical Oxygen Lance Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specializing in research and production of metallurgical oxygen lances and nozzles, located in Weifang Hi-Tech Industry Development Zone. Leading products in our company are oxygen lances andoxygen lance nozzles for various kinds of converters, electric furnace and electrode grips for tuyere, slag notch, assembling&forging nozzles. We supply nozzle products to various steel plants such as Bao Steel, Wuhan Steel, Capital Steel, Ma Steel and so on with the market share of 80 percent at home. In addition, our products have substituted products imported from Japan, America, Germany, France, Italy. At the same time, we export our products to Belgium (ArcelorMittal Steel Group), Spain, Romania, Bosnia&Herzegovina, Ukraine, Turkey, Australia, New Zealand, India, Vietnam, Brazil, South Africa, Kazakhstan, Iran, Russia and South Korea, etc. We are establishing marketing network in the European and American countries and global marketing service system is in the shape.
Shandong Chongsheng Metallurgical Oxygen Lance Co., Ltd Fangzi Branch was founded in December, 2005 in order to meet the production needs. There are advanced production and inspection equipments in Fangzi Branch such as large-tonnage frequency electric furnace, pipe bender, heavy-type hydraulic press machine, vertical lathe, boring machine, argon arc welding machine and submerged-arc welding machine and so on. Furthermore, Oxygen Jet Flow Equipment is one of only two Oxygen Jet Flow Equipments throughout China and Water Flow Testing Laboratory is unique nationally, which can better meet production need for different specifications of oxygen lance and nozzle at home and abroad. In 2009, trial of taper oxygen lance developed by our company was successful in Jinan Steel and Chengde Steel. At present, our taper oxygen lance is promoted all over the country.
