UT standards for steel products complies with: ASME, DIN, ISO, China Guobiao, JIS and welding levels of 1, 2, and 3.
Unlimited material thickness.
Material handling:
The maximum weight for a single item is 50 tonnes, with door dimensions of 8 m X 10 m.
Machining:
3-Axis CNC milling with a 450 mm X 450 mm spindle, and a payload capacity of 6300 mm X 3100 mm X 1400 mm
Finishing:
Primer and acrylic finish coating for all material types can be applied in-factory. Specialty finishes such as zinc plating, black oxide, bluing, are locally sub-contracted.
Packaging:
All finished products are packaged to customer specifications including:
Wood, plastic, or metal crating
Foam, rubber, or plastic bumpers and shims
