Takshun Electronic Co., Ltd.

Since 1992, Takshun Electronic Co., Ltd., has established its own factory and engaged in the design and manufacture of calculators in China. Our group's production is currently carried out by Deji Electronic Company Limited, which is located in Putian, Fujian Province, with a total area of about 70, 000 square meters and total staff of about 8, 000.

Our group's current daily production capacity is about 300, 000 units of different electronic products such as calculators, telephone sets, diving watches and some OEM design products. Due to the rapid growth and the successfully marketing activities, our group established Putian Dexing Electronic Company Limited in 1998 and Derong Electronic Company Limited in 2001. In order to further enhance the market positioning, our group has become a public listed company in Hong Kong in 2001. (SEHK stock code 1228)

Our group is principally engaged in the design, manufacture and sales of different electronics products under the brand names 'Kadio', 'Taksun' and 'ISA'. Mainly product series are calculators, digital watches/clocks, telephone sets, electronic dictionaries, brick games, world time calendars. In view of strong market demand for liquid crystal displays (LCD), our group established its own LCD and flexible PCB manufacturing plants.

Our group is devoted to expanding the production of value-added LCDs for a better control of product quality with cutting edge technology in order to fulfill the huge demand not only for internal consumption and also supply to overseas markets. We have set up the stringent quality control system and successfully obtained ISO9001 quality certification, which further enhanced our group's leading position.
