Our main products: CIMC Fuel tank semi trailer, Bulk cement tank semi trailer, Aluminium alloy tanker trailer, Container (flatbed)transport trailer, equipment trailer (low bed trailer), rear/side dump semi trailer, Timber (log)transport semi trailer, car transport trailer, Hydraulic modular trailer. etc. Total 160 kinds of trailers.
CIMC Wanshida develop, produce and distribute semi-trailers and trailers for transport industry in domestic and overseas( Russia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Congo, Angola, Senegal, Mali, Kenya, Cameroon, Algeria, Sultan, South-Africa, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Brazil, Bolivia, and other countries). The export percent is up to 61.5% of the annual product ability.
Product capacity: CIMC Wanshida own a 620, 000 m² Site (including 180, 000 m² Of production buildings) in CIMC special vehicle industry park, Jining city, China. CIMC Wanshida has a team over 1000 people with 80 engineers. The annual product ability up to 50, 000 units. CIMC Wanshida invested around 120 million as well as import the latest European trailer product line which made the efficience 1 trailer / 40mins a new Chinese record.
R&D: The world most advanced technology__ FEA (finite element analysis ), PRO-E supplies a full guarantee of the vehicle's quality and reliability. The large group R&D team supply the latest technology sharing.
Our service:
1. Before customer place the order: CIMC Wanshida will supply some advice according to its understanding of the local market. All the details must be confirmed well with customers. The necessary photos, video or design drawing will be supplied to the customer to confirm the configuration.
2. After Confirmed everything: CIMC Wanshida will put your order into production within 2 days. For common trailer's delivery time can be controlled within 15days after receive the deposit. The production progress was carried out according to the strict quality assurance system.
3. Before Delivery: CIMC Wanshida will supply the wax spray for every trailer which need transported by ocean shipping and supply the professional package service. The necessary documents (such as contract, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of China origin, certificate)and booking service can be supplied.
4. After-sales Service: After customer get the trailer, CIMC Wanshida will supply technology director to the customer. In the next days, CIMC Wanshida will arrange specialized staffs inquiry customers regularly to know the trailer condition. For the fast moving spare parts will be supplied when customer ordered the trailer. The oversea engineer director is also available in particular cases.
