Qingdao Guanda Hatting Co., Ltd. (Qingdao Guanli Caps Co., Ltd. /Qingdao Baisheng Caps Co., Ltd. ) established in 2002, has owned 3 main factories and 7 branch workshops around the company with the development of its business. The headquarters of Guanda group is located at the prosperous Jiaozhou Bay, enjoying a very convenient transportation of sea, land and air. It takes only 40-60 minutes to Qingdao Port or Qingdao Airport. At present, there are more than 450 skilled local workers in our main factories, and 30 domestic and imported embroidery machines which are respectively good at 3D embroidery and fine letter embroidery. The factories and workshops are well equipped with cutting, sewing, embroidery, printing, ironing, and packaging machines. The ironing machines, in particular are of various head molds, ranking 1st in the hatting domain in Jiaozhou, meeting different requirements for cap styles.

Guanda specializes in different types of caps such as baseball caps, sports caps, bucket hats, knitting beanie hats, winter hats, advertising cap, army caps, washing caps^ etc. There is a wide range of fabric materials used to make caps. Except of commonly used 100% cotton, acrylic fabric, polyester fabric, and polyester mesh, we introduce environmentally friendly recycled PET materials, organic cotton, dri-fit fabric to meet demands from different customers. To better serve our customers, our R&D department updates our new fashion samples regularly helping our customers to earn more market shares home and abroad.

With its good persistent development, now Guanda has a thorough CRM system, a strict QC system, and a smooth logistics system, assuring orders accomplished in high quality and on time. It has passed the quality certification system ISO9001: 2008 in the year 2010. And it has become one of the hat suppliers who occupy the biggest cap market share to Mexico by virtue of its high quality and reasonable price.

For instance, it registered its own patent in 2011, and ever since then the company has paid more attention to innovation to strengthen the company by all means; Now more and more customers need some small orders finished quickly and timely, our company opens a quick-order workshop for such small orders in Aug. 2012, we called it EXPRESS PROGRAM, we can finish small orders 50-1000PCS in 1-3 weeks using our stock fabric.
