We're specialized in precision casting, sand casting,forging,machining etc.Products are covering valve parts, pumps parts, automobile parts, mining machinery parts, petroleum equipment accessories , tools, construction hardware and so on. Material for casting products are mainly: Gray(Grey)iron, Ductile Iron, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Aluminum Alloy, Zinc Alloy and Copper.
Resources. Our business is to provide our customer with the most suitable and cost effective manufacturing process for their components. As a trading company served as a bridge linking customers and manufactures, we have forged strong relationships with several foundries in China,they are our strong support in evaluating your product properly. Currently we have 6 foundries cooperating with us. 2 precision casting foundry for stainless steel casting&carbon steel casting, 1 forging foundry for carbon steel,stainless steel &heat resistant steel;1 die casting foundry for Zinc alloy & aluminum alloy, 2 sand casting foundries for gray iron, ductile iron.
Quality Control.We have sound system to control product quality.Firstly, foundries are all ISO certified,and some are TS1649 certified, besides, advanced devices are equipped for mechanical testing and chemical analysis.Secondly,products are first inspected by foundries, and then will be reinspect by our inspector of Qingdao Casting, all problems can be solved will be done before approaching to customer.Thirdly, dimensional report will be provided after product finished.
What's more, production progress will be weekly reported to customer, all of these enable us to ensure the highest level of quality and service. With our growing efforts, we are on the road to be one of the leading suppliers for casting products in China .
