Sichuan Jinzhuang Technology Co., Ltd. (former name: Sichuan Jinzhuang Chemical Co., Ltd. ) was founded in 1996 and is located in Xiang'er corporate center, Meishan city, Sichuan province. We have independent decision-making power for export and import activities. With the production capacity of 30, 000 tons per year, we are also one of the largest manufacturers of colorful speckles which are suitable for detergent powder.
With 8 advanced production lines and integrated detection equipment, we specialized in manufacturing colorful sodium sulfate speckles, colorful novelty shaped speckles, colorful alkaline protease speckles and colorful STPP speckles. There are about 30 different kinds of products. Our company invested in USD8, 000, 000 to build a new manufacturing base and a research center in 2010. The new plant is located in Meishan Economic Development Zone, Meishan city, Sichuan province with 3, 3000sqm. The production capacity will reach to 50, 000 tons per year after the completion of the new plant.
Presently, 160 employees are working at our company. Among these workers, there are 20 technicians and 15 Administrators. In order to success in fierce marketing competition, Jinzhuang Chemical introduces a modern enterprise business model of enterprise management. Our company set up financial department, administration department, personnel department, marketing department, purchase department, R&D center, quality management and production department. The standard of working process and the aim assessment management greatly support the development of Jinzhuang Chemical.
Our quality principle is "Customer Driven, Good Quality, Employee Involvement, Continuous Improvement". We introduce the P&G Company's quality control system into our plant. Now it is formed into perfect quality control system. Therefore, we are strictly working on raw material-production process - warehouse - ex-warehouse - after-sale service - quality tracking - complaint processing.
Our company now is under the condition of steady development through 14 years' accumulation. Our products are welcomed by detergent enterprises at home and abroad. We have taken Chinese market about 70%. We are the supplier for many large enterprises such as Liby group, Nice group, Nafine group, Quanli group etc. Our products are also welcomed by oversea customers in the Southeast Asia, South Korea, the Middle East and Latin America.
During 14 years, we have been insisting on the enterprise spirit "solidarity, practicality, innovation, dedication" and also sticking to the business ideas "research, innovation and quality". To improve the competitive edge of Jinzhuang Chemical, we invest 10% profits of our revenue in the development of new products.
