Hubei Huanfu Plastic Products Co., Ltd. Has joined venture with Canada Universal Progress Plastic MFY Co., Ltd. Since June, 1994. With high speed, our factory has developed 2 lines of fully automatic cast extruder CPE film production with annual production more than 2, 000 tons, 4 lines of Spunbond Polypropylene Non-woven production with capacity 9, 000 tons per year and also more than 1, 500 sets of different medium to high speed sewing machines.
Our factory has capital asset over 80 million and over 1, 500 employees. We have 3 branch offices and 5 different location factories. All of our staff have been under good quality system training by an excellent management. We have been approved by SGS company U. K. With quality standards, ISO9001: 2000, ISO13488: 1996, DIRECTIVE 89/686/EEC ARTICLE 11B & CE and FDA.
We have fetched in new fully automatic equipment to produce 2000 tons per year CPE film, which is well proportioned, durable and anticorrosive, strong sesilient in length and breadth.
Through our engineers' inventoin, we have succeeded in the materials composite with CPE and PE. It has high degree of strength and elongation, good capability of air through, watertight and antibacterial characters. It is widely used in medical, hygiene and agriculture field, etc.
Our major production mainly consists of PP Non-woven, CPE and PE material products. We have more than 200 assort Disposable products including different kind of doctor cap, nurse cap, bouffant cap, medical cap, non woven clip cap, pleated cap, round cap, surgical face mask, face masks, dust mask, paper face mask, non-woven protective gown, isolation gown, surgical gowns, aprons, lab coat, coverall, non-woven shoe cover, boot cover, CPE shoe cover, PE shoe covers, tablecloth, curtains, table cover, etc. Our products are widely used in industry, agriculture, hospital daily home and other.
