After King Deer Leather Group has been established, Subsequently advanced equipment was imported from Italy used for producing leather shoes. ¥ 80 million were invested for importing 34 sets equipment of leather cloth. Annual cow cloth output capacity is 400,000 pieces, annual goat skin output capacity is 1 million pieces. It is equipped with softening leather and spraying process. The main products cover slap-up leather cloth for shoes, slap-up leather cloth for the cover of chair of car, slap-up leather clothes, leather cloth for gloves. Specific shoes leather cloth include goat polished leather cloth, goat polished leatheroid, goat downy leather, goat soft leather, baby cow leather, fetal cow leather, etc. totally more than 100 products. On the critical process technology such as fetal lines processing, design style and painting style can satisfy request from customers. 22 million were invested for importing 333 sets of shoes production equipment. Annual output capacity of shoes is 300,000 pairs. We invited many experts from Italy and korea to joint with us for innovating new shoes projects. In advantage of leather production, our company will develop "King Deer" brand leather clothes and add-on products.
