Seller is not responsible for late or non-deliver in the event of force majcure or any contingencies beyond seller's control.
Claims, if any, concerning the goods shipped should be filed within 30 days after arrival at destination, otherwise, it will be considered that the Goods has been accepted
All disputes arising from the execution of or in connection with this confirmation shall be settled amicably through friendly negotiation. The case Shall then be submitted to the Chinese International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Shanghai Branch forarbitration according to Its arbitration regulations and procedures. The arbitral awards is final and binding upon both parties.
