The c-Si PD Module is a linear detector array (LDA) consisting of front-illuminated (FSI) 16-cell monocrystalline silicon photodetectors. Silicon photodetectors feature dark current, low terminal capacitance, high photosensitivity, and wide coverage. The products are available as wide plates and narrow plates, can be coupled with GOS, Csl and other scintillators of different performance, and can be directly used for single-energy or dual-energy imaging.
